The User, at the time of making a purchase in our online store, declares to be of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered on our website.
To buy the products for which this payment platform is available, you must have a PayPal account or pay through this platform with a credit card. The electronic payment operation is carried out outside our equipment, using for them the own PayPal.

If you are already registered with Roberto & Victoria, you only need to enter your access information. If you are not yet a client of our website, you will have to register by filling out a simple form. It is important that the data provided be true and accurate so that the entire purchase and shipping process is carried out with maximum efficiency.

Roberto & Victoria does not store or record any banking data during the payment transaction.
Currency, taxest and transportation cost
Prices include VAT (VAT Tax) for the countries of the European Union. In the countries exempt from VAT, the customer will pay the corresponding customs and import charges.
The transportation costs are added in the final part of the purchase process, and these will vary depending on the destination and the weight and size of the work.
Before closing the purchase process, you will receive a summary of your purchase with the total price.
Later we will send you a purchase invoice. The invoice will be issued in the name of the natural person or company that places the order, so the customer must make sure to place the order in the correct name. No further changes in this regard will be possible.
Although prices can be revised and modified at any time due to currency fluctuations, Roberto & Victoria guarantees for the buyer the price marked at the time of placing the order.
The client will have the right to withdraw from the contract (which will be exercised in writing, by letter or email) during a period of 15 calendar days without incurring any cost other than those provided for in articles 107.2 and 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. The return postage will be charged to the customer and the work must be returned in its original packaging, including all the attached documentation, to the address provided by Roberto & Victoria. Once verified that the status of the work is the same as at the time of delivery to the client, the price paid will be reimbursed once the return costs have been deducted.

The transport of your package
Most of our jewellery is made by hand and is sent between 24 and 72 hours after receipt of your payment. If the jewel is personalized, you will receive an email with the delivery date (10-12 days approx.) The package delivery is nominal and certified through "Correos y Telégrafos de España". You can choose a fastest shipping option through FEDEX.
Jurisdiction and Legislation
These General Purchase Conditions are subject to Spanish legislation, therefore, sales operations are understood to be made at the address of the bidder. In case of litigation, the parties expressly submit themselves to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other.
